i finally got my official diploma in the mail today---they sure don't rush these things---but now i feel like i really did it!

thanks to you and all your prayers, and a lot of blood, sweat and tears....I DID IT!!!
and i not only got to wear the cord for my award in psychology, but i got cords to wear as i made honor roll . funny, i got to keep the cord for the award, but they took back my honor roll cords and replaced them with a medal. so in the pics you see that is what the cords are for.

as i tried to practice to take another one of the 3 outa 6 computer tests i still have to take before spring so i can graduate i found that the practice tests they sent me won't work on my computer due to my word, excel and powerpoint (the 3 tests i have left to take) are '98 programs so thier new '07 stuff wont work on my computer so i can't practice. so i went to talk to my voc rehab guy to see if they'd buy me a new program (the student version is $150.00!!!

I'm almost done!!!

well so far i'm not exactly making the A's which i prefer. but with these classes and all that is going on in life i've had to change my attitude to just hopefully passing. and so far so good.
last night i had to take my dreaded statistics in class exam. (we have a take home and an in class exam each time) and i was rather pleased when i made a 76%. hopefully i will do well on the takehome and bring up that grade.
my last test in statistics i only made a 72% on the in class, but my take...

first week of school

i started school tuesday.
luckily i only go tuesday thru friday, so with a 3 day weekend hopefully will be a little less hectic.
so far i'm reading each chapter the day of class, as i my classes are evening classes.
so far i'm not behind this way at least like i was last semester.
last night i had statistics, and when i read the book, it was very easy written and explanitory (unlike the book i had in the last statistics class where i was totally lost) so i was feeling pretty good...

well i finally got all my final grades. going down to the "B's" took my GPA from my 3.96 i had to a 3.71 which is an ego buster, but after getting D's and an F on 2 of the classes tests, i guess i better be grateful just to have passed. and at least i passed and won't have to take these classes again

So WHAT classes are you taking this time??? Do you have a major in mind (college degree, NOT dog show!) ???

I can't wait for Parent/Teacher Conference in October cuz Sara keep coming home with 100's on her papers (& Cali is not even there to help her!)!!! She is going thru chapter books like no other. I guess her teacher was surprised that she knew who Jane Goodall was, but that is Animal Planet for ya!

having enrolled in all satalite courses that come over the t.v from USU for my bachelor classes it started the "school hassle" game since the 8th of august.
i happily went to enroll in my classes that first day when my counselor informed me that they hadn't "metriculated" my transcripts from snow college here that i had sent them back in november last year when i applied to thier college, paid all my fees etc.
so i went to the registration office, paid to have...
