yesterday was a beautiful day and all the snow had melted off, even in the shady spots. it was a bit cool, but just sweatshirt with a light coat at the most. just like bob likes , not too hot and not too cold. and it gave me a good chance to go out and clean up all the yards and fill waters and food bins.

of course the minute i came out so did bob to keep an eye on me.

as he was looking a bit thin i gave him a dog cookie to keep him busy while i worked, and i grabbed my camera for a chance to get a few updated pictures.

here he is eating his cookie on his food shelf. i didn't realize it until i saw these pictures that he looks like a basketball with a ping pong ball for a head;

now bob always puts on weight for the winter, but this isn't my bob , it must just be the way he is sitting , or it could be the fact that once he was done with the cookie he immediatly looked for more;



however this picture shows that he's not quite so fat, altho like i said he gains A LOT in the winter but is a skinny lil thing in the summer (just like saralee, they put on weight to keep warm in the winter).
i was very pleased that for 10 1/2 years old he's still lookin pretty good
