anyone know what type of bird this is?
methinks this is the female and the male has a black face into his chest (couldn't get a pic of him).
these two have taken over the bucket on the front porch. no eggs or babies yet, but they have hollowed out the straw in the bucket like a nest.
now that the baby barn swallows have returned this morning the swallow parents are chasing these guys away and tormenting them unmercifully.
